9D Breathwork Journey - A Sacred Breathwork Journey Through Grief and Loss 🌿
There are moments in life when words simply cannot touch the depths of what we are carrying. Grief can feel like a silent, endless tide, sometimes pulling us under, sometimes leaving us numb on the shore. It asks to be witnessed, to be held with the tenderness it deserves.
This breathwork journey is a soft, sacred space for that.
With deep compassion, we will gently guide the body, mind, and spirit through the full spectrum of grief, creating space for everything you are holding, and helping you return home to a place of love within yourself.
Grief can take many forms- the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the closing of a chapter, loss of a pet, a shift in identity, a job, or even the life you once imagined. No matter what shape…
