Twelve weeks. Twelve personalized experiences. An invitation to remember the wisdom and magic within you. There is something powerful about remembering what it feels like to truly be at home within yourself. To settle into your body and listen to its wisdom. To recognize the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, while discovering new possibilities for how you move forward. To trust yourself more deeply, feel grounded in who you are, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that everyday life has quietly pushed aside. The Alchemy Within is a deeply personal, three-month journey created to support that remembering. Each week, we'll meet privately for 90-120 minutes, using breathwork as our foundation for self-discovery, connection, and meaningful transformation. Your sessions may include immersive 9D Breathwork, conscious connected breathing, gentle guided breath meditations, or a thoughtful combination of these experiences. Alongside the breath, I may incorporate Reiki, intuitive energy work, shamanic elements, light language, animal wisdom, Human Design insights, Soul Purpose exploration, and other supportive practices. There is no predetermined path. Each experience is shaped around your intentions, comfort, and what unfolds along the way. Some weeks may feel powerful and expansive. Others may invite stillness, grounding, and the beauty of simply receiving. Your Immersion Includes 12 private weekly sessions (90–120 minutes), in person or virtually. Personalized breathwork, intuitive energy work, and soulful exploration. Integration, reflection, and supportive practices between sessions.
